The hotel was modern. I really loved the large rooms and balconies. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was great variety. I always found lots of sunbeds available near the four pools.

There was entertainment that seemed shambolic. Seating was woefully inadequate around the pool area. I was not able to get beach towels for five days. We were forced to keep our towels as none were available!

the presidential suite upgrade was awesome. it was spacious and beautifully designed! the large terrace offered fine ocean views, i watched sunsets and sunrises. the minibar was well stocked, so great.

the lack of information was annoying. i got an a4 paper with bare details and a small map. nobody offered help with bags to the room, so bad. there was no information about anything in my room other than a qr code cube!

I secured a suite with partial sea view, and the scenery was AMAZING!!! The suite included two sinks, a shower, and toiletries. Breakfast and dinner buffets featured diverse options. Staff members were always available. they were efficient. The premises have several pools, all very clean.

I found that some of the seating around the bar was rather uncomfortable. The chairs were missing cushions.

The room had a terrace with sunbeds, I also saw a sea view. Live performances occurred nightly and morning activities provided nice experiences. The staff helped me a lot, they were friendly! Breakfast and dinner buffets featured a good selection. varied cuisines each night.

There were no British TV channels. They kept promising to add them. This was frustrating, I even spoke with the manager.

The spacious suite features a comfortable bed. It also includes a well-equipped bathroom with a separate shower. there is a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view.

pools were amazing with many sun beds available to relax i found staff to be excellent, always friendly. the room was super clean and spacious with a huge balcony with two sunbeds provided for private sunbathing. breakfast was delicious, it offered anything anyone could wish for.

During dinner you pay for water but it is filled from the free fountains outside. I saw waiters doing it.

the hotel had a supermarket and restaurants just outside the front door, which i found really useful. there was also a bus stop a few minutes walk away.

four pools are available, i noticed two of which are heated, and two unheated, for refreshing swims. every balcony includes two sunbeds which allowed us to sunbathe privately. recycling bins are in the rooms to support environmental efforts.

dinner was a different theme each night, i found it delicious with variations of the same thing. breakfast offered an extensive selection, i found it great with just about everything you could wish for. some gluten-free options were available too.

the staff worked hard to ensure every need was catered for, i found them genuinely friendly. check-in was relaxed with a glass of cava offered to welcome guests. no single-use items were provided to reduce waste.
